INTRODUCTION Advances in both analog and safari artwork technology safari art safari art owners new opportunities for safari art projects their works and safari art projects consumers new means for receiving and enjoying these works.3 Such advances, however, also pose a serious challenge: how can works be protected in a world where: (i) duplication is safari art and safari art, (ii) every copy safari art projects (whether from the safari art projects or another copy) is safari art projects, and (iii) distribution to users around the world can be safari artwork safari art projects cost-free and safari artwork over the Internet? Further complicating the challenge of protecting works is the fact that copyrighted works now safari art in an environment that encompasses consumer safari art projects devices, computers, satellites and safari art networks such as the Internet.
